The Athenaeum Complex is a modern library that will offer a unique and expansive collection of rare books. The building is designed with varied punch windows that create a dynamic façade that is both visually interesting and functional. The library is separated into three sections, with the communal areas located in the middle of the building. The public book area is located in the north with punched windows and glazing, while the rare book area is located in the south with limited glazing to protect the collection.

The Athenaeum Complex is situated on a pier along the bay, integrating the building into the waterfront. The striking form of the building creates a feature that contrasts with the traditional urban fabric of the surrounding area, making it a prominent landmark in the community.

The library features a state-of-the-art cataloguing system and advanced protections for the rare book collection, ensuring that the books are preserved for future generations to enjoy.

In addition to its functional aspects, the Athenaeum Complex is also designed with the user in mind. The communal areas in the middle of the building offer a space for visitors to gather and interact, while the varied window wall pattern allows for natural light to enter the space and create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Overall, the Athenaeum Complex is a modern and dynamic library that offers both function and form to its community.
