Salvage House is a distinctive project designed for an environmentally conscious couple who wanted a home that reflected their values. The house is clad in salvaged barn wood on the second level, which gives it a rustic and warm appearance, and charcoal brick on the main level, which provides a modern and contemporary feel. The combination of these materials creates a beautiful contrast that sets the house apart from its surroundings.

The house is located on the waterfront and features large punch windows at the front and back, which offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The house also has a glass vestibule for guests that has a welcoming glow, creating a warm and inviting entrance.

The interior of Salvage House is just as impressive, with textured limestone walls that juxtapose the smooth charcoal brick exterior. The staircase bisects the house, separating the kitchen and living area, creating a sense of openness and flow throughout the space.

Overall, Salvage House is a beautiful example of how environmentally conscious design can also be stylish and elegant. The use of salvaged materials not only reduces waste but also adds character and warmth to the design. With its stunning waterfront location, beautiful design, and strong connection to the environment, Salvage House is a truly unique and inspiring project.
