Notch House is a stunning conceptual modern house that is designed to blend harmoniously with its rural context. The house is clad in black and white panels, creating a bold and contemporary aesthetic. However, what truly sets this house apart is the large notches of glass in the façade, which offer unparalleled views of the surrounding landscape. These notches also allow natural light to flood into the house, creating a bright and inviting interior.
At the front of the house is a car showroom with translucent panels that let in natural light. This is a unique feature that adds a touch of industrial chic to the design while also providing a practical space to showcase vehicles. Inside, the house has a large double-height living room with mezzanine spaces that overlook it, creating a sense of openness and flow throughout the space.
The house also has a large shaft in the middle, which houses the stairs and a fireplace that faces the den. This feature not only provides warmth and comfort but also serves as a striking focal point for the interior.
Perhaps the most impressive feature of Notch House is the large terraces with views of the landscape. These terraces are the perfect place to relax and unwind, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The combination of contemporary design and a strong connection to the natural surroundings makes Notch House a truly unique and inspiring concept.
