The UFO research campus masterplan is a unique project that will bring together several buildings for office space and research. The campus includes several buildings with different shapes and sizes, with the most notable being a round UFO-shaped tapering building and another with a sloping form and green roof. The buildings will be connected by an expansive urban plaza space, which will serve as the central hub of the development.

The plaza space will be equipped with unique street furniture that promotes pedestrian lighting and gathering, including curved linear benches. The interior of the UFO-shaped building features purple columns that provide an expansive conference level, promoting collaboration and visual interest.
